The Underachieving Ovary by JT Lawrence
Will there be light at the end of the birth canal? This is a funny, and alarmingly frank account of JT's infertility journey. It's part memoir, part dark comedy, wrapped up loosely as a journal full of TMI and quirk.
I bought this book during my own journey of infertility. It made me laugh, and cry and appreciate the humour in it all. It made my journey easier to navigate and I am ready to part ways with this book now. I have read and re-read it a few times even after closing the baby chapter - read it one more time! Simply enjoyable and laugh a moment and so very relatable.
